Blazons of Perm Territory Towns |
Perm Oblast and Komi-Permyak Autonomous Okrug were united to Perm Territory on December 1, 2005. The coat of arms of Perm Oblast was adopted as the coat of arms of Perm Territory on October 3, 2007. The description: "The coat of arms of the Perm Territory is a silver bear walking to the right, placed on an heraldic shield in black (red); on its back is a gospel in a gold frame with an eight-pointed cross. The Gospel is surmounted by a silver broadened cross, concave at the ends. The shield is crowned with a princely crown." |

Perm Oblast. Adopted on December 28, 1995. The description: "The coat of arms of the Perm Oblast is the image of a silver bear walking to the right, placed on a red heraldic shield; on its back is the Gospel in a gold frame with the image of an eight-pointed cross. In the center is a silver cross directly crowning the Gospel. The shield is crowned with a princely crown, framed by a wreath of golden oak leaves twisted with the St. Andrew's ribbon." |
On August 22, 1996 the coat of arms was changed: the wreath twisted with a ribbon was removed. |

The description: "The coat of arms is a heraldic shield consisting of three equal-sized horizontal stripes: upper – red, middle – white, lower – blue. In the center of the red stripe is a silver "perna" (two left and two right fragments crossed); in the center of the white stripe is a red bear walking." |

The description: "In the twice crossed field of black, silver and azure in black – silver "perna" (two left and two right fragments crossed), in silver – a blackened bear walking. The shield is crowned with a princely crown of a special pattern." |
The detailed heraldic description of the crown: "A golden hoop decorated with semi-precious stones with a golden shackle decorated with pearls and crowned with an orb, also golden, and with a scarlet cap on which rosettes of semi-precious stones and pearls are stitched on the sides of the crown band." |
